Manuscript Style and LaTeX Material

All authors should typeset their own manuscript using the ASP Conf. Series style file (asp2004.sty). Instructions for authors, LaTeX macros & templates and all directions to prepare a manuscript are available at the ASP’s below given WEB page:

http://www.astrosociety.org/pubs/cs/itp/macros.html#author

Please download all files in the table of the given page under the “AUTHOR'S MACROS:” title. Print out the file aspauthor2005.pdf (or aspauthor2005.ps) for a full set of instructions for authors.  These instructions explain, step by step, how to prepare your article using the ASP Conf. Series style file (asp2004.sty). Please follow these instructions carefully. Note that ASP Conference Series Volumes are typeset using LaTeX2e. We strongly urge the authors that are currently using the version 2.09 to upgrade their LaTeX environment to version 2e.

The preferred electronic format for the figures is EPS (Encapsulated Postscript). Please make sure that figures have highest possible resolution (minimum of 300 dpi), convenient size and orientation. We regret that we shall not be able to reproduce colour figures in colour for budgetary reasons.
