Remembering that Sir Arthur Eddington's expedition in 1919 what he confirmed light rays bent while passing near the solar disk; a firm verification of the General Relativity, total solar eclipses are rare opportunities to do such kinds of mystifying new experiments. A total solar eclipse will take place on March 29th, 2006 , which will have duration of totality of about 4 minutes. Just before the eclipse, this meeting in SIDE, ANTALYA , TURKEY aims to congregate solar and stellar physicists to share their unique ideas and discuss how science, particularly Physics, could be benefited from this extraordinary unusual event of nature.
